

I love the mental, emotional and physical benefits that exercise brings, and have always been into fitness as a hobby, taking part in everything from dance to kickboxing. Over recent years the benefits of Yoga and Pilates have become close to my heart.
I am passionate about sport for all, and trained in Pilates with the intention of being able to help others reach their fitness potential.
By providing different layers to each exercise I ensure my classes are suitable for mixed abilities. Alongside traditional Mat Based Pilates qualifications, I hold qualifications in large studio equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Arc Barrell), exercise for people living with Parkinson's disease, Lower back pain, and Exercise referral.
I encourage self awareness and self advocacy so each individual works at their own pace, finding the movement that works for their body and their goals.
My aim is to have people feel included, motivated and have fun!
